1. Introduction & Scope
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the agreement between the player ("you") and the operator of Tiger Club / Dragon Tiger Club ("Tiger Club", "we", "our") in respect of the website 3tigerclub.com and the Tiger Club Android app distributed from this website. The Terms cover what we offer, how your account works, how money flows in and out, and how we resolve issues if something does not go to plan.
The Terms are written for everyday Pakistani Android players. We have used plain English wherever possible. Where a section refers to a third-party service (Easypaisa, JazzCash, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, Android system behaviour) we link to or describe the third-party source so you can verify the context.
2. Account Eligibility (18+ Only)
Tiger Club is a real-cash Dragon Tiger and 3 Patti destination and is restricted to players who:

If we discover that an account belongs to a person under 18, the account is closed and any deposited balance is returned to the original Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet after standard verification. Any winnings credited to a minor's account are forfeited.
3. Game Rules & Outcome Determination
Tiger Club's headline table is Dragon vs Tiger. The lobby also includes 3 Patti, Rummy, Andar Bahar, Roulette, and other casual card and casino-style tables. The mechanics of every table on Tiger Club are determined server-side using random-number generation. The result displayed inside the app is the result of record.
A few principles apply to every table:
- Outcomes cannot be predicted. Real-cash card and casino-style games involve risk. Past results do not influence the next round.
- No system, ritual, or third-party tool can guarantee a win. Tiger Club does not endorse any product, video, or seller that claims otherwise.
- House edge is normal. Real-cash card and casino-style games are designed so that the house has a small statistical advantage across many rounds. Individual sessions can be winning, losing, or balanced, but over a long enough period the expected outcome favours the house. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Network Terms
All Tiger Club balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through Pakistan's two main mobile-money networks:
- Easypaisa — operated by Telenor Microfinance Bank Ltd.
- JazzCash — operated by Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd.
Network terms in plain English:
- A deposit is credited once Easypaisa or JazzCash confirms the transaction. The minimum deposit, maximum single deposit, and rolling daily limits are visible inside the app.
- A withdrawal request requires that the destination Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet matches the registered mobile number on the Tiger Club account. Verified withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day during normal hours in Pakistan.
- Promotional balance (welcome reward, daily missions, referral credit) is subject to a play-through requirement before it becomes eligible for withdrawal. The current play-through multiple is shown inside the app's reward rules and is updated when promotions change.
- Tiger Club does not charge an additional withdrawal fee. The standard Easypaisa or JazzCash network fee, if any, is deducted by the payment partner at the time of transfer.
- Withdrawals that fail anti-fraud checks may be paused for manual review. Where required by our payment partners or by anti-money-laundering practice, we may request additional identity confirmation.
5. Account Conduct & Fair Play
Tiger Club is a multi-player community. The trust that lets one player sit at a table with another depends on every participant playing fairly. The following behaviours violate these Terms and result in account suspension, balance hold, or permanent closure depending on severity:
- Multi-accounting — operating more than one Tiger Club account, including accounts registered to family members, friends, or third parties acting under your direction.
- Collusion — coordinating play, sharing card information, or splitting balances with another player at the same table or tournament.
- Automated play — using bots, scripts, modified clients, or any third-party tool that interacts with the app without manual input.
- Reward abuse — registering accounts solely to claim welcome rewards, exploiting promotional bugs, or generating fake referrals.
- Chargeback abuse — filing false chargeback or reversal claims with Easypaisa, JazzCash, or your bank after legitimate gameplay.
- App tampering — attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, modify, or repackage the Tiger Club APK.
- Credential sharing — letting other people log in to your account, or using someone else's credentials.
Tiger Club uses device fingerprinting, behavioural analytics, and server-side audit logs to detect violations. Decisions on fair-play violations are made by the Tiger Club security team based on the available evidence.
6. Welcome Rewards & Promotion Rules
Tiger Club runs a welcome reward, daily missions, and a referral programme. Detailed reward amounts, eligibility windows, and play-through multiples are described inside the app's reward rules and on the bonus page. Common rules apply across all promotions:
- Rewards are available to verified accounts only. Multi-account or fake-referral activity disqualifies all related accounts.
- Welcome rewards are available once per person, not once per device or once per Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet.
- Referral rewards require the referred player to make a qualifying first deposit and complete a minimum amount of real-cash play before the reward is credited.
- Promotional terms can be amended, paused, or ended at our discretion. Balances earned under previous rules remain valid.
7. Account Closure & Self-Exclusion
You can close your Tiger Club account at any time by contacting our 24/7 live chat. Verified balances are returned to your registered Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet after standard withdrawal checks.
If real-cash play is no longer entertainment, our support team can apply the following control tools on request:
- Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit.
- Cooling-off period (24 hours, 3 days, or 7 days) during which login and deposits are paused but the balance is preserved.
- Self-exclusion period (30 days, 90 days, or permanent). Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

Third-party trademarks referenced on this website (such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Android, or partner game providers) belong to their respective owners and are used here for descriptive purposes only.
9. Service Availability & Liability
Tiger Club is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep the app stable and the payment flow predictable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Mobile-network downtime, ISP outages, Easypaisa or JazzCash service interruptions, Android device incompatibility, and third-party service failures may affect access.
To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, Tiger Club is not liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses (lost profits, lost time, emotional distress).
- Losses caused by network or payment-partner downtime outside our reasonable control.
- Losses caused by player negligence — credential sharing, lost devices, installing the APK from an unofficial source, or following advice from unverified third-party "Tiger Club" sources.
Our maximum liability for any claim relating to your account is limited to the verified balance in your account at the time the claim is made.
10. PECA 2016 Alignment & Pakistan Law
Tiger Club operates with awareness of the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016, which applies to electronic services in Pakistan. PECA shapes our editorial and account-handling practice in three ways:
- Accuracy & non-deception. We do not publish absolute marketing claims (no "the best", no "guaranteed wins", no "#1 in Pakistan"). We describe what the platform actually does.
- Protection of minors. We do not direct advertising at users under the age of 18 and we require date-of-birth confirmation at registration.
- Personal data handling. Personal information is processed in line with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes that cannot be resolved through customer support are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
11. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, in payment-partner rules, in Pakistani law, or in our operational practice. When we update the Terms, we will:
- Update the "Effective" and "Page version" fields at the top of this page.
- Show a brief in-app notice describing the change.
- Allow at least 7 days for review before material changes take effect, where practical.
Continued use of Tiger Club after the effective date of an update means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Dispute Resolution & Contact
Most issues are resolved fastest through our 24/7 live chat. The recommended path:
- Open the Tiger Club live chat from any page on 3tigerclub.com or from the in-app help section. Include your registered mobile number, the relevant transaction or round timestamp, and a clear description of the issue.
- Our chat agents acknowledge requests in real time during normal Pakistan business hours and on a best-effort basis around the clock.
- If a chat resolution does not work, escalate to [email protected] for senior review.
- If senior review does not resolve the dispute, the matter may be referred to the courts of Karachi as set out in Section 10.
