1. Purpose of this Policy
This Privacy Policy forms part of the Tiger Club Terms of Service. References to "Tiger Club", "we", "us" or "our" include the Tiger Club team operating the 3tigerclub.com website and the Tiger Club mobile application (the "Services"). The policy sets out what information we collect from Dragon Tiger Club members, how we store and protect it, the legal basis we rely on for processing, and the choices you have — including how to opt out, correct or request deletion of your data.
2. Scope
This policy applies to any personal data that Tiger Club processes in the course of providing its Services in Pakistan, including:
- The 3tigerclub.com website and any subdomains we operate;
- The Tiger Club Android APK and any future iOS or web app versions;
- Customer support channels (email, live chat, help desk);
- Promotional events, surveys, referral programmes and in-app messaging.
Anyone who accesses, installs or uses the Tiger Club Services agrees to this Privacy Policy and gives informed consent to have their personal data processed as described here. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please do not install or use the Tiger Club app.
Tiger Club may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
3. Information We Collect and How We Use It
The data we process depends on how you interact with Tiger Club. We only collect what is necessary to run the Dragon Tiger Club platform responsibly.
- Account data — mobile number, display name, date of birth (to confirm 18+), preferred language and in-app avatar. Required to create and secure your Tiger Club account.
- Transaction data — Easypaisa / JazzCash wallet references, deposit and withdrawal amounts, PKR balance history. Required to process payments and provide financial statements.
- Gameplay data — rounds played, bets placed, wins and losses across Dragon Tiger, 3 Patti, Rummy and other Tiger Club titles. Used to calculate bonuses, cashback and tier progress.
- Device & technical data — IP address, device model, Android version, app version, locale, crash logs and anonymous usage analytics. Used to maintain service stability and detect fraud.
- Support data — content of messages you send to our customer support team and any attachments you choose to share.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with payment processors, analytics providers and regulators where strictly necessary to operate Tiger Club or to comply with Pakistani law.
4. Data Security
Tiger Club stores personal data on servers hosted inside hardened data centres and protected by industry-standard safeguards including 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption, role-based access control, firewalls and regular security audits. Payment data moving between your device, Tiger Club and Easypaisa / JazzCash is encrypted end-to-end.
No online system can guarantee absolute security. If we ever detect a breach that affects your Tiger Club account, we will notify you — by in-app push notification, email or SMS — as soon as we reasonably can, and advise on the steps we are taking.
You are responsible for keeping your Tiger Club credentials confidential. Never share your OTP, password or PIN with anyone claiming to be Tiger Club staff.
5. Updates to this Policy
Tiger Club may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology or our Dragon Tiger Club services. When we make material changes, we will:
- Post the new version at 3tigerclub.com/privacy-policy.html with an updated "Last updated" date;
- Notify active members by in-app push notification and, where required by law, by email;
- Give you an opportunity to review the new version before it takes effect.
If a new purpose requires additional consent — for example, a new Dragon Tiger Club feature that processes data we did not previously collect — we will ask for your explicit opt-in before that processing begins.
6. How to Delete Your Data
You may request deletion of your Tiger Club account and associated personal data at any time. To do so:
- Open the Tiger Club app → Settings → Account → Request Data Deletion, or
- Email [email protected] from the email address linked to your account.
Once verified, your Tiger Club profile, gameplay history and balance records are permanently deleted from our live systems immediately and cannot be recovered. Any remaining copies in encrypted backup files are automatically purged within 30 calendar days, after which we email you a written confirmation.
Please note that Pakistani anti-money-laundering and tax regulations may require Tiger Club to retain certain transaction records (for example, large deposit and withdrawal logs) for a legally mandated period even after account deletion. These retained records are kept only for compliance purposes and are not used for marketing or gameplay profiling.
